PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise care on the nursing unit under the direction of nursing leadership. The role includes care coordination, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.

ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses, with BLS mandatory for all staff. Ideal candidates have at least one year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience and current RN licensure in the applicable state, with ACLS/BLS

Formación

• Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment. For Charge Nurses, ACLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.
• May perform other related duties as assigned, including Charge Nurse responsibilities (ACLS certification required).
