Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and supervise patient care on the nursing unit. You will plan and coordinate care, provide patient and family teaching, and assist with discharge planning and community resource access.

ACLS is required for specific roles and all duties include collaborative care under the Nursing leadership. A strong focus on growth, flexibility, and patient-centric care is emphasized in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment.
• ACLS is required from day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise patient care.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide care including discharge planning and teaching.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and access community resources.
• Support charge nurse duties as assigned and applicable ACLS responsibilities.
