Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on the nursing unit. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, you will plan, coordinate and provide nursing care, discharge planning, and patient education for post-hospitalization needs.

ACLS certification is required within 90 days, with BLS already in place. Charge Nurse duties require ACLS certification, and opportunities for growth and advancement exist within PAM Health’s supportive leadership

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state or compact license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning and family teaching.
• Assist with or perform Charge Nurse duties as assigned.
