Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess resident conditions to implement interventions and develop Care Plans.
• Make rounds of residents with/without physician; observe symptoms and respond to changes.
• Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care for residents.
• Administer medications and communicate changes in medications to care team.
• Coordinate supplies, appointments, and care activities with staff and physicians.
