Adventist Health Twin Cities in Templeton, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across perioperative services. The RNFA role supports the surgeon and leads intraoperative activities with clinical leadership and professionalism.

The RN must hold an active RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and CNOR where applicable, with scrub/circulate experience in a hospital setting. This role emphasizes patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification as per AH policy.
• ACLS certification as per AH policy.
• PALS certification as per AH policy.
• CNOR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate, manage, provide and delegate patient care.
• Assist under the direction of the primary operating surgeon in perioperative care.
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism as an RNFA.
