Job summary

Adventist Health Twin Cities in Templeton, CA seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across perioperative services. You will coordinate, manage, provide and delegate care, supporting the operating surgeon in perioperative activities as an RNFA.

The role requires strong nursing fundamentals, leadership, and adherence to hospital policies, with certifications in BLS, ACLS, CNOR, and PALS and for RNFA competency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• Certified RNFA course completion.
• Three years scrub and circulate experience in an acute care facility.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• CNOR certification.
• PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate, manage, provide and delegate patient care.
• Meet established Standards of Nursing Practice and promote teamwork.
• Assist under the direction of the operating surgeon in perioperative care as RNFA.
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in perioperative role.
• Document medications and administer per hospital policies.
