Qualifications

• Licensed RN with BLS certification required.
• CNOR certification required.
• Completion of an accredited RNFA program.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon in general and specialized surgeries; ensure trays, instrumentation, and supplies are ready.
• Provide patient care and support throughout the perioperative period.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Scrub and circulate per unit needs; manage instruments and supplies.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes during procedures.
• Educate patient and family on operation and aftercare.
