Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager to join a compassionate team in Lincoln, NE. You will coordinate treatment plans, work with physicians and employers, and support injured workers in returning to work with cost-effective healthcare solutions.

The role requires a nursing degree (associates or bachelor’s) with 2+ years of clinical practice; RN license is mandatory. The position is hybrid, with travel to in-person appointments about 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• RN license in good standing required.
• URAC-recognized case management certification preferred (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
• Travel required with reliable transportation and travel to in-person appointments within geography.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers and employers.
• Assist with return-to-work planning and appropriate, cost-effective care.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational factors.
• Collaborate with care team to tailor treatment plans.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and provide status updates to clients.
