You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to create practical treatment plans, facilitate early return to work, and ensure cost-efficient healthcare while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Certifications: Active RN license; URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN/COHN family.
• Travel: Reliable transportation for in-person appointments.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice.
• Assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Facilitate early return to work by adjusting job duties.
• Manage workload and provide status updates to clients.
