Genex Service LLC in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager. This full-time, hybrid role requires local travel for in-person patient appointments.

You will coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients to return injured workers to work safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include applying case management standards, advising on treatment plans, interviewing workers, and coordinating with employers.

Formación

• RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or related certification.

Responsabilidades

• Apply case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans with physicians/providers and employers.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational status.
• Collaborate with physicians to tailor treatment plans and outcomes.
• Work with employers to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases independently.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
