Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Manager – RN to lead clinical operations in private duty homecare. The role supervises RNs, coordinates care from admission to discharge, and ensures CHAP standards are met.

You will develop care plans, mentor staff, manage patient outcomes, and collaborate with families and clients. Requires RN licensure, state-specific eligibility, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Associate, or Diploma in Nursing required.
• RN licensure in designated state(s) required.
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care to assigned patients with goal-directed plans from admission to discharge.
• Perform on-site supervisory visits and follow-up documentation.
• Availability for on-call duties as assigned."
• Uphold CHAP standards for high-quality nursing services.
• Contribute to caregiver retention and satisfaction initiatives.
• Ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available for patient care.
• Assess patients and provide direct patient care as needed.
• Promote satisfaction with internal and external customers.
• Evaluate nursing services for quality and outcomes.
• Provide nursing updates and re-authorization for continued care.
• Supervise, orient, train, educate, and evaluate clinical caregivers.
• Adhere to professional practice standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in employment decisions affecting clinical staff.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and professional conduct.
