Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents' health by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates.

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • CPR certification required
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care
  • Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards
  • Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions and self-care
  • Monitor residents and changes in status to ensure comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care
  • Maintain infection prevention and administer medications per orders
  • Coordinate a holistic plan of care with the interdisciplinary team
  • Document accurately in the electronic medical record
  • Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager
