Qualifications

• RN with an applicable degree or diploma required.
• ACLS completed within 30 days of start date.
• BLS/CPR completed within 30 days of start date.
• ENPC or PALS completed within 30 days of start date.
• ATCN or TNCC completed within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to improve throughput and care quality.
• Monitor quality of patient care in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with experts and managers to promote teamwork and outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Operationalize nursing strategies (rounding, hourly rounds) to boost engagement.
• Provide input on staffing, hiring, and training decisions as needed.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management per productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and equipment management.

Education

Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/BLS)

Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
