Qualifications

• ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• RN credentials: Emergency RN OR ADN/ASN/BSN/RN Diploma must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Provide individualized, compassionate care following established nursing models.
• Document care in the patient medical record promptly and accurately.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up steps.
• Advocate for patients and families and support organizational goals and patient outcomes.

Education

ACLS within 6 months
