The role requires current RN licensure, ADN/BSN or diploma, and certifications in ACLS, BCLS, NIH Stroke Scale, Trauma Nursing Core Course, ENPC or PALS.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS must be obtained within specified timeframes.
• NIH Stroke Scale and trauma/ENPC or PALS certifications required by deadlines.
• RN licensure and nursing degree or diploma completed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ED.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to assess, treat, and educate patients.
• Advocate for patients and translate medical information for families.
