Job summary

Freeman Health System in the United States is seeking an Educator II to design and deliver nursing and staff education. This role focuses on clinical and non-clinical training, including National Certification Courses and residency programs, while upholding the Five Star Promise of compassion, teamwork, professionalism, ownership and communication.

The Educator II will serve as a key back-up instructor for orientation and residency programs, contributing to ongoing staff development and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact-state RN license.
• If compact, license must be in the nurse's state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Designs and conducts educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff, including National Certification Courses and Preceptor Development Training.
• Back-up instructor for Patient Care Orientation and RN Residency Program.
