Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a System Educator-RN to lead development and evaluation of education programs across the enterprise, including onboarding, competency, regulatory education, life support, and nurse residency pathways.

The role partners with clinical educators to align practice, facilitates classes, mentors staff, and advances academic partnerships with MCW, all within an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's in Nursing Education or related field preferred (within 3 years of hire).
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare education experience or applicable RN practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Froedtert Health education programs across the enterprise.
• Teach system, site, and specialty-based classes as assigned.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align education with evidence-based practice across the network.
