Job summary

Freeman Health System in the United States is seeking an Educator II to design and deliver nursing and staff education. This role focuses on clinical and non-clinical training, including National Certification Courses and residency programs, while upholding the Five Star Promise of compassion, teamwork, professionalism, ownership and communication.

The Educator II will serve as a key back-up instructor for orientation and residency programs, contributing to ongoing staff development and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact-state RN license.
• If compact, license must be in the nurse's state of residence.

Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/week)

What You'll DoThe Educator II designs and conducts educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff including various National Certification Courses, Preceptor Development Training, and other various system courses and serves as a back-up instructor for Patient Care Orientation, RN Residency Program. The Educator II promotes and leads by example the Freeman Health System's Five Star Promise of Compassion, Teamwork, Professionalism, Ownership and Communication.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
