You will collaborate with unit managers, DHS, and preceptors to ensure regulatory compliance, patient safety, and high education standards while promoting professional growth for staff and achieving quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in good standing required.
• Experience in clinical education and competency assessment preferred.
• Familiarity with infection control, OSHA and regulatory standards.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates clinical competency assessment and training needs of clinical staff.
• Provides education for clinical staff on clinical skills and critical thinking.
• Participates in interview and selection of clinical staff.
• Completes initial competency assessments during orientation and periodically.
• Oversees preceptor program and train-the-trainer activities.
• Maintains documentation of partner education per regulations and policies.
• Develops and delivers facility orientation for new employees.
• Monitors adherence to safety, infection control, and policy updates.
