Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical competency assessment and training needs of clinical staff based on evaluation and patient acuity.
• Provide relevant education on clinical skills, critical thinking and interpersonal skills to staff.
• Participate in the interview and selection process of clinical staff.
• Complete initial competency assessments during orientation and annually as needed.
• Oversee preceptor program and train the trainer approach to maintain standards.
