Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education
• BLS required
• Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air

Responsibilities

• Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensuring quality standards
• Direct department operations, including budgets, audits, and staffing
• Hire, train, and develop staff; administer performance reviews and corrective actions
• Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure compliance with funding
• Integrate evidence-based practices into clinical and administrative operations
