• Minimum overnight travel up to 10% by land and/or air

• Manage staff including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work.
• Hire, train, develop staff; administer corrective action as needed.
• Direct department activities and resources to meet organizational objectives.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Foster professional growth and integrate evidence-based practices.
