Vitruvian Health is seeking an ER Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the emergency department. Under supervision, you will manage care across all age groups, coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure timely, safe treatment.

The role requires a Tennessee or Compact RN license, BLS on hire, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months of assignment. Two years of hospital experience are preferred, with dedication to compassionate, evidence-based practice.

Qualificações

• Education: graduate of an approved school of nursing with state licensure verification.
• Experience: at least two years in a hospital or medically related environment preferred.
• Licenses/Certificates: Tennessee or Compact State RN license; BLS on hire; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of ED assignment.

The ER Nurse, under supervision of the Nurse Manager and the nursing supervisor is responsible for the nursing care of the patients in the emergency department and is responsible for the direction of patient care. The RN delivers care based on patient needs appropriate for the infant, pediatric, adolescent, adults, and geriatric patients. He/she demonstrates an interest in patient centered approach to total nursing care. Demonstrates cooperation, flexibility, and resourcefulness when dealing with patients, visitors, physicians, and hospital personnel. The RN shall be responsible for planning, supervising and evaluating the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies.

Position Qualifications:

Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure.

Experience: At least two years of experience in a hospital or medically related environment preferred.

Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. BLS required upon hire. ACLS and PALS within 6 months of assignment to the Emergency Department
