Job summary

CRSI Champaign Residential Services, Inc. in Urbana, OH is seeking a licensed RN to support our DoDD program.

This full‑time role includes on‑call duties for medication delegation and DoDD Train‑the‑Trainer responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on training staff in medication administration. You will provide direct training, mentor on‑site staff, and contribute to a stable, compassionate work culture while delivering essential services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current License for Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Must have been an RN for at least 18 months with DoDD experience in some capacity.
• Must be able to take the DoDD Train-the-Trainer course upon hire.
• Will be required to be on-call for delegation sites.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Must possess acceptable BMV record and background screenings.
• Professional liability insurance is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality training in Medication Administration.
• Perform Medication Administration delegations to on-site staff.
• Use your mentoring/coaching skills to teach people self-reliance.
