Job summary

Champaign Residential Services seeks an experienced registered nurse to join our team in Urbana, Ohio. You will train staff in medication administration and delegate medication tasks on-site, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role requires DoDD experience, the ability to be on-call for delegation sites, a valid Ohio RN license, and a willingness to complete the Train-the-Trainer course after hire. We offer comprehensive benefits and stability.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in Ohio.
• RN with at least 18 months experience in DoDD-related duties.
• Able to complete the DoDD Train-the-Trainer course on hire.
• On-call availability for delegation sites is required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.
• Clean BMV record and background screenings; professional liability insurance recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality training in Medication Administration.
• Perform Medication Administration delegations to on-site staff.
• Mentor and coach staff to promote self-reliance.
