Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 2-4 years’ experience or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with community based agencies.
• Strong communication, writing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information.
• Leadership abilities and ability to work with administrative staff and habilitation personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and assist in day-to-day operations of support services and all consumer programs, including ISP development, reviews, assessments, and evaluations.
• Act as liaison between the Agency, county boards, and DODD regarding service delivery information.
• Advocate for consumers and ensure protection from abuse; report incidents and complete required forms promptly.
• Provide ongoing guidance to staff on service delivery, supervision of staff, scheduling, evaluation, and staff development.
• Perform hands-on programming as part of regionally developed system; provide on-call coverage after hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Monitor budgets and ensure sound financial practices in consumer settings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
