Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Current RN license
• At least 5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in long-term care
• Prior DON experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with staff and families
• CPR certification required
