Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation, Riverside, MO, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the full-time Day Shift to deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications and IV therapy, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an active Missouri RN license, BLS/CPR, and strong clinical/leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term care, post‑acute care, hospital, or senior living experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident‑centered care

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document resident care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives
