Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident care accurately in the EMR.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and promote safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Job Summary:

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full‑time Day Shift team in Riverside, MO. As a Registered Nurse with Pinnacle Point, you will have the opportunity to provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document resident care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term care, post‑acute care, hospital, or senior living experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident‑centered care
