Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO is seeking a compassionate Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time team. The RN will provide high-quality care, administer medications, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Complete comprehensive nursing assessments.
Develop and update individualized care plans.
Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Document resident care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.
