Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our full-time Day Shift team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities include assessments, care plans, administering meds and IV therapy, monitoring, EMR documentation, and supervising LPNs and CNAs. Join us to contribute to resident safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care is preferred but not required.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident care accurately in the EMR.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Job Summary:

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time Day Shift team in Riverside, MO. As a Registered Nurse with Pinnacle Point, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions

• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, or senior living experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
