Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Summary:

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time Day Shift team in Riverside, MO. As a Registered Nurse with Pinnacle Point, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
