Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO, is hiring full-time Day Shift Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

You'll complete nursing assessments, develop care plans, administer meds, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth in a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Missouri RN license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident care accurately in the EMR.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting


• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments


• Develop and update individualized care plans


• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program


• Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)


• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, or senior living experience preferred, but not required


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
