Job summary

Comprehensive Healthcare in Yakima, WA, seeks an RN to support its Opioid Treatment program, including daily in-jail nursing and a soon-to-launch mobile unit, expanding access to evidence-based care.

You will administer meds, monitor outcomes, provide education, document in the EHR, and collaborate with treatment teams to ensure safe, coordinated care for vulnerable clients in the community.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Active RN license in Washington.
• NHSC HRSA STAR Loan Repayment Eligible Program.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess and address client health needs.
• Administers medications per orders and documents in EHR.
• Drives care coordination, education, and support for clients and families.
• Participates in crisis evaluation and safety planning as required.
