Job summary

Hope and Healing Clinic in Tumwater, WA, is seeking a Medical Provider to evaluate opioid use disorder and prescribe MAT medications within an evidence-based, harm-reduction framework. The role requires a Washington-licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority and comfort treating co-occurring disorders.

The position is on-site, with travel to support Mobile Unit operations as needed. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the baseline salary of $175,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners must have an active license in the state of Washington.
• Must possess Schedule II–V prescriptive authority in Washington.
• Experience in substance use disorders is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opioid use disorder and prescribe/adjust MAT medications as indicated.
• Conduct intake medical assessments and dose evaluations.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other staff to coordinate care.
