Job summary

Comprehensive Healthcare in Yakima, WA seeks an RN/LPN for its Opioid Treatment program. You will provide daily medication-assisted treatment, support outreach to jail populations, and help operate a mobile unit as it becomes available.

The role includes nursing assessments, medication administration, crisis intervention, and collaboration with treatment teams to deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care to clients in need.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN with relevant state license and operational proficiency.
• Experience in clinical nursing and crisis intervention preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Carries out orders from staff providers in a timely manner.
• Establishes professional relationships and provides education, care coordination, and support.
• Implements prevention strategies and participates in treatment team objectives.
• Delegates tasks and supervises staff to ensure accurate care and reporting.
• Documents injections and medication administration in the EHR.
