Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, home health, medical-surgical, or related settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care aligned with each resident's needs, goals and preferences.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and dietary staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Assess conditions, monitor changes, implement orders, and advocate interventions.
• Support care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions within a safe environment.
