Wellspring Covenant Skilled Nursing & Rehab at Wellspring – Saginaw is hiring Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Qualifications

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, home health, medical-surgical, or related settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care aligned with each resident's needs, goals and preferences.

Registered Nurse (RN) | Providing Compassionate Care and Meaningful Connections Covenant Skilled Nursing & Rehab at Wellspring – Saginaw | Full-time or Part-time | Hourly $37.40 - $40.65

As an RN, you'll play a vital role in helping residents achieve the highest level of physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being while serving as a leader and advocate within the care team. You'll build meaningful relationships with residents and families while helping create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and truly feels like home. Most importantly, you'll help ensure every resident receives the care, dignity, and respect they deserve.

What Your Impact Will Look Like

You’ll provide skilled nursing care that supports each resident's unique needs, goals, and preferences. You’ll be a trusted presence for residents and families, helping them navigate health changes while providing education, encouragement, and support. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, social workers, dietary staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive coordinated, high-quality care. You’ll assess resident conditions, monitor changes, implement physician orders, and advocate for interventions that promote positive outcomes and quality of life. You’ll help guide and support nursing assistants and other team members while fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care. You’ll contribute to care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions while helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone in the community. Some days you’ll be celebrating a resident's progress after rehabilitation. Other days you’ll be comforting a family member, coordinating care with physicians, mentoring a nursing assistant, or identifying a subtle change in condition that prevents a larger problem. Every day, your knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail make a difference.
