Full‑time or part‑time roles with 12‑hour shifts are available, focusing on preserving dignity and quality of life for residents.

The role emphasizes teamwork with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff, delivering hands‑on care, and supporting admissions, discharges, and ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Nursing experience in skilled nursing, home health, medical‑surgical, critical care, or related settings preferred.
• Strong clinical, assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on nursing care to residents physically, emotionally, and socially.
• Know residents’ needs and reflect their personal preferences in care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, and other team members for coordinated care.
• Monitor changes in condition, communicate concerns, and implement physician orders.
• Support nursing assistants and guide them during shifts.
• Contribute to admissions, discharges, care planning, and ongoing assessments.
