Wellspring Lutheran Services in Saginaw is seeking a caring Caregiver for Assisted Living roles. You’ll provide personal care, support mobility, assist with medications when qualified, and help residents participate in daily activities, routines, and relationships that bring joy and purpose.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care or services to older adults preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A compassionate, service-oriented approach to resident care.
• The ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members.
• A commitment to supporting resident choice, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, support mobility and independence, and assist with medications when qualified.
• Help residents participate in activities, routines, and relationships that bring joy and purpose.
• Assist with meals, transportation to activities, and social events to maintain community connections.
• Observe residents, recognize changes in condition, and communicate concerns to nursing leadership.
