Job summary

Wellspring Lutheran Services in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, person-centered care at Covenant Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Saginaw. You’ll lead with clinical excellence while building meaningful relationships with residents and families, ensuring dignity and comfort in daily care.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial well‑being, guiding admissions, discharges, and transitions

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Nursing experience in skilled nursing/home health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care tailored to each resident's needs and goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and staff for coordinated care.
• Assess conditions, monitor changes, and advocate for effective interventions.
• Support care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions.
