Job summary

Wellspring Lutheran Services in Fairview seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care with compassion, advocacy, and resident-centered support. You will assess conditions, monitor changes, follow physician orders, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote quality of life.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and families, participate in care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions, and help create a safe, welcoming home-like environment

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care tailored to each resident's needs and goals.
• Assess resident conditions and monitor changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, social workers, and other team members.
• Contribute to care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions.
