Job summary

Removery seeks a Lead Clinical Trainer to develop and deliver clinical materials for Laser Associates. The role focuses on onboarding, engaging training, and performance development across the field team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to formulate learning strategies, track outcomes, and ensure training aligns with clinical best practices and safety standards. Travel 10–20% is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in TX.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• 3-5 years of active clinical practice.
• Prior teaching or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs.
• Keep content aligned with clinical best practices and care standards.
• Build and maintain a library of learning resources.
• Motivate staff with Removery culture and safety-focused treatments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on learning strategies and materials.
• Present information using diverse methods (role plays, videos, lectures).
• Create assessments to gauge new hire readiness to treat clients.
• Certify trainee capability per clinical standards of care.
• Identify skill gaps and provide hands-on coaching.
• Adjust training to audience learning styles and needs.
• Provide structured training support and follow-up to field teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness and refine materials.
