Job summary

Removery in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Trainer Lead to drive onboarding and ongoing development of Laser Associates. You will create and deliver clinical training materials, lead in-person and virtual sessions, and ensure content stays aligned with evolving clinical best practices.

Strong presentation skills and coaching ability are essential. The role focuses on building a library of resources, certifying trainee readiness, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize learning

Qualifications

• Active RN license in TX
• Associate's Degree (ADN) or BSN from accredited program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• 3 to 5 years of active clinical practice
• Prior teaching or supervising experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs for Laser Associates
• Update training content based on clinical standards and operations
• Build and maintain learning resources library for staff
• Motivate staff on Removery culture and safe, effective treatments
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on learning strategies
• Deliver engaging presentations using various formats (role play, simulations, lectures)
• Create assessments and knowledge checks to gauge readiness
• Certify trainees' capability per clinical standards
• Identify gaps and provide hands-on coaching
• Adjust training to audience learning styles
• Provide training support and follow-up to field staff
• Monitor training effectiveness and refine materials
