Job summary

Removery in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Clinical Trainer to drive onboarding and ongoing development of Laser Associates. You will design and deliver clinical training materials and ensure content stays current with clinical best practices.

The role requires strong presentation, coaching, and assessment skills, with travel 10-20% for in-person trainings; you will partner with cross-functional teams to tailor programs and measure trainee readiness.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in TX.
• Associate's Degree (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• 3 to 5 years of active clinical practice.
• Prior teaching, facilitation, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of in-person and virtual training programs.
• Training content updated based on business operations and standards of care.
• Build and contribute to a library of learning resources.
• Motivate and educate staff on Removery culture and clinical skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on learning strategies and materials.
• Present information using varied formats (role plays, simulations, lectures).
• Create assessments to gauge trainee readiness to treat.
• Evaluate and certify trainee capability per clinical standards.
• Identify gaps and provide hands-on coaching to close them.
• Adjust training to audience learning styles and provide follow-up support.
• Monitor effectiveness of training and refine materials.
