Job summary

Removery LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Trainer at Lead Level to drive onboarding and development of our Laser Associates. You will create and deliver clinical training materials to ensure safe, effective, and optimal treatments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to design learning programs, assess trainee readiness, and continuously improve content. A strong presenter with nursing background is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in TX.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• 3 to 5 years of active clinical practice.
• Prior teaching, facilitation, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs.
• Ensure training content evolves with updates in operations, clinical best practices, and standards of care.
• Build a library of learning resources for new and tenured team members.
• Motivate and educate team members on Removery culture, client experience, and safe, effective treatments.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders on learning strategies, programs, and materials.
• Skillfully present information using a variety of techniques (role plays, simulations, lectures).
• Create assessments to gauge trainee readiness to treat clients.
• Evaluate and certify trainees' capability per Removery standards of care.
• Identify trainees' skill gaps and provide hands-on coaching.
• Adjust training to audience learning styles and provide follow-up support.
• Monitor training effectiveness and refine materials based on results.
