Job summary

Removery seeks a Clinical Trainer Lead to oversee onboarding and the development of clinical training materials for Laser Associates. The role focuses on engaging, results-driven training and requires excellent presentation skills to motivate staff.

The trainer will monitor trainee results and collaborate with stakeholders to improve learning programs. Responsibilities include delivering in-person and virtual training, updating content, building resources, and ensuring adherence to Removery

Qualifications

• Active, valid RN license in TX.
• BSN or ADN from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• 3–5 years of active clinical practice.
• Prior teaching, facilitation, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs.
• Evolve training content based on clinical best practices and standards of care.
• Build a library of learning resources for new and tenured staff.
• Motivate and educate team on Removery culture and clinical skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on learning strategies and materials.
• Present information using diverse formats (role play, simulations, videos, lectures).
• Create assessments to gauge trainee readiness to treat.
• Certify trainees on Removery clinical standards.
• Identify gaps and provide hands-on coaching to close them.
• Adjust training to audience learning styles and opportunities.
• Provide training support and follow-up to field staff.
