Job summary

Removery in Austin, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse / Clinical Trainer to lead onboarding and develop clinical training for Laser Associates. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Field Team Enablement and requires strong presentation and mentoring skills.

You will facilitate in-person and virtual trainings, build a resources library, certify trainees, and collaborate with stakeholders to evolve learning programs. Travel 10–20% is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in TX and current BLS/CPR certification.
• 3–5 years of active clinical practice.
• Prior teaching or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs.
• Evolve training content based on clinical best practices and operations.
• Build and maintain a library of learning resources.
• Motivate staff and provide coaching to improve skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape learning strategies and materials.
• Create assessments to gauge readiness and knowledge.
• Evaluate trainee capability against standards of care.
