Job summary

Removery seeks a Lead-level Clinical Trainer to drive onboarding and ongoing training for Laser Associates. You will design, deliver, and evaluate clinical training across in-person and virtual formats, ensuring updates align with evolving operations and standards of care.

The role requires an RN license in TX, ADN/BSN, BLS/CPR, and 3–5 years of clinical practice, with a strong emphasis on teaching and staff development. Travel 10%–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in TX
• Associate's Degree (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• 3 to 5 years of active clinical practice
• Prior teaching, facilitation, or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs
• Ensure training content evolves with business updates and care standards
• Build and maintain a library of learning resources for staff
• Motivate and educate team on Removery culture and safe, effective treatments
• Collaborate with stakeholders on learning strategies and materials
• Present information using varied formats (role plays, simulations, lectures)
• Create assessments to gauge readiness to treat clients
• Evaluate trainee capability to follow clinical best practices
• Identify skill gaps and provide hands-on coaching
• Adapt training to different learning styles
• Provide ongoing training support to field staff
• Monitor training effectiveness and refine delivery
