Removery, LLC is seeking a Clinical Trainer to lead onboarding and ongoing development of Laser Associates. The role focuses on creating and delivering clinical materials that engage and produce results, with excellent presentation skills to motivate staff.

Responsibilities include designing assessments, certifying trainee readiness, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to enhance learning programs and materials. Travel up to 20% for clinical training delivery in the US.

Qualifications

• Facilitation of in-person and virtual training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and feedback delivery.
• Creation of learning resources and job aids for staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Ensure content evolves with clinical best practices and standards of care.
• Build and maintain a library of learning resources for new and tenured staff.
• Motivate and educate staff on Removery culture and safe, effective treatments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate learning strategies and materials.
• Use diverse methods (role-plays, simulations, lectures) to teach.
